5 Weird & Random Facts about Al

1.  When I was 7 I had the choice between going to cub scouts and playing hockey and I choose cub scouts...What was I thinking??  I could be a NHL hockey player but now I can't even remember those knots I had to learn.

2.  I like reading obituaries (death notices).  I like to see the kind of legacy people left in life.

(He's stumped, but I can think of tonnes of random & weird stuff about Al.  I guess when it's yourself, it becomes so normal to you.)  What are you writing?  No, no, this is my blog!!!  Just say what I say, please.

3.  I will try any kind of food once.  I even ate something in Bangledesh that's probably an illegal substance in Canada.  (You've had chicken feet before too right?)  Yeah but that's common knowledge.

4.  I have to double tie my shoe laces.  I just have to.

5.  I hate wearing anything that's wrinkled.  It bothers me to the point that I want to find the nearest iron and get rid of it...Do I need help?

Miracles still happen....Al agreed to update his xanga if I typed for him.  Hallelujah!

Well now...no,no, that's not what I want to say...no don't dictate all that..

How about those Ottawa Senators?  If you want to trash talk go right ahead.  I have to be loyal to the Sens and my friends in the great white north.  Alfredson no longer looks like Bozo the clown and is scoring at a feverish pace.  Thumbs up to the Leaf's Brian McCabe...he is having a good season.  (He can't make up his mind...He's a bandwagon Leafs Fan.  Someone may need to get off the fence!)

My job at CBS (Canadian Bible Society) is challenging but I enjoy it.  That's Canadian Bible Society, in case you were wondering.  We're coming to NCAC in November to hear Auntie Catherine preach the Word.  I'm going to sit in the second row on the right hand side...Anyone going to join me?  (Probably Tim...)  That's all for now my friends.

Oh what a look of surprise!  Yes, I am on xanga.  I am going to keep you updated on the adventures of the Al... so stay tuned!

Thanks for all of you who have been praying for me about a job.  One that I really wanted I did not get... oh well, God has something better in mind is what I believe.

Question:  Is it still camping if you try to set up your tent in a downpour and then decide to spend the night in a hotel?!  Your comments please.
